Ok here's some suggestions...
First off...

Occupation: I think you should become either a Samurai or Mage teacher later when you reach lvl. 5

House: I'm giving you 122 Valor street ok?

Type of Villager: I would say Samurai because they learn some kind of magic.

Everything else is accepted though.
